We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Clearance items, discounted products, and specific accessories may not be eligible for returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide the return shipping address and further instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the item back within 7 days of receiving our return instructions.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank/payment provider.

4. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, please mention this when requesting an exchange.
  • A new item will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit as an alternative.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
